I installed a pair of Stapleton low powered humbuckers in my 1980’s Yamaha Super Flighter. I was intrigued by these handmade pickups after reading other reviews.
The pickups are truly great. Very clear and articulate with plenty of rich harmonics. They remind me a bit of the P90s they replaced (clean at low volume, grittier as the guitar volume is rolled up) but they are much clearer and smoother than the P90s.
They just feel like a great, quality handmade pickup. And the packaging and included information is great. Just terrific service all round.
